Nottingham City Transport is delighted to host ALBUM Conference 2025 between 12th and 14th May 2025 as we discuss the conference theme of delivering excellent bus services through positive partnerships. 

The conference will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre. A state of the art, contemporary purpose built conference centre located in Nottingham, which is easily accessible by public transport and just a 10 minute drive from J25 of the M1.

For those staying with us, our chosen hotel is a short walk (or stagger!) from the Conference Centre at The Orchard Hotel. This eco-friendly hotel is set amidst 330 acres of University of Nottingham parkland. All hotel guests also have complimentary access to the cutting-edge gym amenities at the University of Nottingham’s David Ross Sports Village.

We’ve secured excellent room rates for ALBUM Conference 2025, which are £109 per night, including breakfast.

Hotel bookings are made direct with the Orchard Hotel and are separate to the Conference Bookings.

Day 1 – Monday 12th May 2025

Our Golf Day will be held at Wollaton Park. This beautiful parkland offers an enjoyable and challenging test for golfers of every level. The putting surfaces on this course have a reputation for being some of the best in the area.

Arrive from 10am for breakfast ahead of the first tee off at 11.30am. There are half-way drinks and food provided at the Club House after the game.

If you’ve not been able to book on to the Medieval Night, food is available in The Orchard Hotel and we’ll also be providing transport to/from Nottingham City Centre for people to make their own plans and enjoy the city’s nightlife.
