Trade Stands

All trade stands are now sold.

If you’re a supplier to the industry and wish to exhibit at the conference, you can book a trade stand and any accompanying delegates on this website.

Trade Stand with One Delegate

Trade Stand with Two Delegates

Delegate attendance at both days of the conference (12 and 13 May). Entertainment and hotel costs are extra.

All prices exclude VAT and booking fees.

Suppliers wishing to attend with more than two delegates should do so by booking a conference delegate ticket for each person.

Upon booking a trade stand, the conference team will contact you in due course with details including an exhibition floor plan and further information for the event.

All trade stand bookings (unless otherwise arranged) include:

  • a 6x4ft table
  • two chairs
  • with space available for two pop-up banners or background displays no wider than 6ft.
  • Trade stands will have access to one plug socket where required. All electronic items should be PAT tested.

Stands can be setup from 10am on Monday 11th May, or from 7am onwards on Tuesday 12th May. Trade stands should be ready to welcome visitors from 10am on Tuesday and from 9am on Wednesday.

Vehicle Display
A limited number of spaces are available to display a vehicle at the conference, bookable via this website. Contact us in advance if you have any queries.
